Ah, it appears that as the last creature spawned by the game was Bodhi, it appeared on the console when I opened it.
I changed my class to fighter with shadowkeeper, spawned myself a new Bodhi, talked to her and changed my class back. It didn't interfere with my thief skills in any way I can tell. I hope this doesn't cause any complications later on. I think I'll keep a backup of the save file.
