I do not think turning into a mustard jelly prevents you from being imprisoned. A certain Demi-Lich loves to cast imprisonment with reckless abandon. I tried it once and lasted all of 3 seconds. Along with the Mace of Disruption, the pink throwing axe (can't recall the name at the moment) also can kill undead instantly.

While on the topic of Liches and their casting of Gate, has anyone ever had the Pit Fiend go invisible and stay that way until it was unsummoned? I had that happen the other day and was none to upset about it since everytime I made it "visible" and get it "badly injured" or "near death" it would cast another Gate. LOL
