It didn't work. I think the romance was dead.

I tried it again in my new game. I waited to recruit Jaheira until chapter 6 because I didn't need her. Then she joined and I kept doing

CLUAConsole:AdvanceRealTime(7200).

I noticed after 8 times, she will start talking. If not, you need to go to forest or town or sleep. So I completed it now for the first time with the help of CLUAConsole. I had all forest talks in one bulk and all town talks in one bulk.
