For some reason, everyone always appears to be busy!
Not too sure why, and it has been patched up to the ToB, but just in the very first part in the promenade it always says everyone is busy, including the Inn Keepers & some of the shops staff. Everytime I try and talk to them, it just says that they are busy.
The odd occasion I can talk to an Innkeeper, and he lets me rest. Then I try and talk to them again, and it says busy.
Any ideas?
