News Flash: I've heard that the repeating movie problem is caused by too many quests being open at the same time: This eats up the limited number of variables that the game can use, and makes for no end of trouble. I was talking (via Email) with a guy that said he had the same problem, but downloading the ToSC patch fixed it: It allots more memory space to be used for variables.
