Well, if De'Tranion is there, you can kill him, take his Ale, and go donate at a Temple....
Or I think you can just attack the Captain and his Guards.
If worst comes to worst, you won't get the Sea Charts and will be prevented from traveling to Mendas's Island.....which, on the whole, isn't such a terrible fate.
