You mean lvl 1 as in alter the game starting level's so everyone starts at 1 XP's and 1 level?
Good idea, I always like fighting hard out of CI..
Or do you mean 98000 XP's?
either way's good..
I'd suggest a one character per player, NPC's allowed but they count towards that limit..
I'd say connect through Gamespy, but password the game, the people can't just join.
