the extra attack is strong but not overpowered considering you'll have greater whirlwinds aplenty - also mace is a solid but not super-powered weapon in the game
it would be nice if you could make the 'events' as quest mods triggered on gaining the relevant level that'd be cool
i don't think you should get special innate powers as you're a plain and simple warrior but it could stand a magic item at some point a bit like the cleric's holy symbol
i like it - is it based on wider d&d or forgotten realms knowledge or just what you know of this game?
