Movie be damned, but in the book they do use swords, and a mace, and of course the Morgul-blade.

There is no description of armor of any kind, either it wasn't visible under their cloaks or it wasn't there at all--and why shouldn't they trust the sheer terror of their presence to be armor enough? The Witch-king is described as wearing a "hauberk," which is Chainmail, so we know they could at least wear that much--and it's worthy of note that nobody in all of Tolkien is ever described as wearing Plate, at least not that I can recall, and I can recall quite a lot.

Instead of "immune to damage from Human Males," I would put "Cannot be killed by Human or Half-Elven Males," and the fact that only Undead-slaying weapons can truly kill them: If their hitpoints reach 0 through any other means, they become a Gaseous Form that slowly regenerates back (although how is this different from simply Resurrecting a dead party member?).

Immune to Normal and +1 weapons.
Immune to Fear, permanent Cloak of Fear.
Invisibility detection by script.
Permanent Blindness in daylight.
Each unarmed hit drains 3 levels from victim
Once per round can cast a short-ranged Level Drain, drains 2 levels, 5x/day.

Or something like that.
