I still say that a live-action BG game would stink. A hand-animated film with bits of well-done CGI would be awesome. The movie would focus around the main plot and probably do one of the big sidequests as an Imoen fundraiser. Throw in a Nalia/PC romance and get the love interest thing taken care of, too. I beg to differ about the combination of hand-animated and CGI. Usually that comes down to a very bad mixture of the two of them. My personal opinion, of course.
And as for anime, just picture Sarevok, or Jaheira for that matter, as an anime figure. Is it just me, or does that sound ridiculous?
