Can't be done, AFAIK. Icewind Dale uses a slightly different format for character files, if I'm correct, so even if you could import from BG, the only result might be a crashed game. You could just create the exact same character, same race/class, and use DaleKeeper to get the same stats if necessary. That'd be a safe way to do it.
