I'm reasonably sure that they do stack with each other, but the only effect of casting Stoneskin while already having Stoneskin active is to reset to the maximum number of "skins" if some had been used up.
You can get both on one character if you have ToB... Gargoyle Boots. [img]smile.gif[/img]
