Nope, can't do it. The best you could do is go into a Multiplayer game and hack another player-created character to match the one(s) you want to keep.

The reason you can't export the NPCs (like Imoen and Kivan) is that some of them reappear in BG2, and it'd be too Star Trekky to have, say, Branwen meeting alternate-universe Branwen.

If you gave any of the Tomes to an NPC (like giving Minsc the Manual of Quickness of Action), they're pretty much wasted, for BG2 purposes: Any Minsc existing in BG2 will have the exact same DEX, whether you increased in in BG1 or not. Some players might call this unfair, and (to continue this example) cheat the BG2 Minsc another DEX point to account for the Tome they gave him in BG1. BUT! Some of the returning NPCs already have stat increases, whether you gave them Tomes or not, so the ethics of cheating them further stat points become highly suspect. You're better off giving all of the Tomes to yourself, and taking the BG2 NPCs as they come.
