Possible but very very unlikely. I did have to fight a couple of guards in the common room but didn't use any AoE spells. I don't remember them using any either, but it is possible. Still, that is something I'm sure I would have noticed, so I don't think that's what happened. So far, the possibility of losing rep for adding Aerie and Anomen and then kicking them right back out seems the most likely. That is something I wouldn't have paid any attention to.

Another slight possibility. My bard is Neutral Good, but he is also a Rogue. I have asked about the reward a couple of times, so that might have been what did it.
