Hmmmm...that's odd. One of my first attempts at a solo character was with a Chaotic Good PC and I got the abilities listed above. I even went back and RE-created him as Neutral Good to get the 2nd Holy Might.
I generated my list by actually creating 9 different characters (one for each alignment) to see what abilities the game gave them. I chose several different classes and races (sometimes creating 2 versions of a particular alignment to see if race or class changed their abilities).
You may be right, though. Perhaps there is a "random factor" for the Chaotic alignments to reflect their "unpredictable" nature. I noticed that the Chaotic alignments were the only ones with different abilities when choosing either Good or Evil. Being Neutral also seems to generate different abilities based on Lawfulness, Balance, or Chaos.
Oh well, at least the abilities listed above will still act as a good guideline for character creation.
