Just to add something... Not only would Viconia not feel sorry for her former housemates... She would probably be happy to see them go.

Viconia was driven out of the Underdark. Her House abandoned her, and probably gave pursuit. Anyone who would have spoken out would have been killed or worse. Therefore, as these drow are alive, she would percieve them as having turned their backs on her. Ergo, good riddance to them.
