That is odd, Black Baron. The thief and war dogs were the designated "random encounter" that occurred after every rest (after your first) in Chateau Irenicus thanks to Tactics Mod. But these encounters NEVER occurred after the Chateau and have since been replaced with the Duergar Mage and Proletariat duo.
Since your first rest is supposed to be "free" even with Tactics installed, I'd say you are definitely getting some very weird bug.
And I don't even have a clue as to what is allowing Aerie to store armor in a QuickSlot. [img]graemlins/stunned.gif[/img]
