1. Negative Plane Protection lasts for about 4 rounds, so if you're looking for
good spells, my answer would have to be No.
2. Sorcerer's Place has "Inishiro's Better-Looking Robe of Vecna," which is a collection of 3 items: Place 1 of them in your Override folder, depending on whether you want the Robe to be red, black, or blue. (I think that's how it works...)
3. I don't think so. Download IEEP from TeamBG.net and learn how to edit items, it's easy.
4. Do the Unseeing Eye quest and pray you don't have the most recent Tactics installed.
