He's at bodhi when you have unfinished business...though the only strong thing about him is his backstab.I think they should upgraded his DEX and give him a better short sword

And I didnt knew Jar was in the udnerdark..I did once that rope quest but then for some reason sometning in the quest didnt trigger..So tnx, I gonna do that quest again and see if I meet him
