At the moment, the ranks on this forum are directly related to the amount of posts and replies you have made. In your case, your rank will automatically switch to another once you've reached ten posts.
It's best not to worry about your rank, as there's always another rank after your current one and you can do nothing to affect it.
You could, of course, make a large number of short posts to speed up the process, but noone's waiting for that. In fact, it may be counter-productive once the moderators notice [img]smile.gif[/img]
But I believe I heard Ziroc (the webmaster) say something about letting people pick their own ranks in the future, so that's something to look out to
