Just a short question on Minsc's quest (spoilers):

I've played through it and have only now (in the Sahuagin City) realised that Minsc had 19STR. Is that an effect of the quest or a bug?
The readme states that completing the quest in the best possible way you get 20,000XP, a statuette and some gems. I tried everything, but all I get are the XP, the gems and a licence to cast magic. Is this an error in the readme or did I miss something? (I also scoured SKeeper for any statuette or figurine that wasn't accounted for in other quests but found none).
