I was about to say all races should be Samurai, but then I noticed it's a Ranger Kit. If it were a Barbarian Kit, then it would be all races (Can't all races be Barbarians?).
Other than that, I see no problem.
How about, for comic relief, add Ritualistic Suicide as a Special Ability? I can see myself doing that to my PC each time before I quit a game, after I saved it.
