ehhh...can't really follow (I'm not familiar with the whole ApR scale thing :embarrassed:

maybe I should just ask in this way: with boots on or being hasted, would a fighter attack less or more in a round compared to with no boots and in the not hasted state?

or does haste and boots make a fighter more sufficient in a combat? (I only know they move faster and seem to act faster, but don't understand the ApR deal)
