If you're going for strength and don't have ToB, you'll want to go light on the Multiclasses and lean toward the Dual-classes instead.
"Ideal" party:
1 Supercharged, all-but-invincible Tank
2 or 3 other Warriors
1 Cleric
1 Druid
1 or 2 Wizards
and 1 Thief.
