No it doesn't. From the Ascension readme, as written by David Gaider:

Another poster (alas, I forget who exactly) offered another idea that it
would have been a great idea if the Five had been resurrected in the final
battle...that it would be cool to face them all at once. And I
agreed...that was a very interesting idea.
