There are very
very few quest decisions which are 'plain and simple' in the sence "a good character will do X while an evil character will do Y" and this is definately not one of them. There are many reasons for both good and evil to either lie or tell the truth.
I havent played priest of talos, but I wonder, does he get this quest in the first place???
And I had my characters charisma wisdom and intelligence raised to 18 before talking with no avail.
