No sure about the spelling but I'm referring to the guy on top of Copper Coronet ho stole the ring of Lathander...
Now when asked to give the ring he asks you to swear you are a follower of Talos. In my previous (good alligned) games I remember I could do so and then lightning would strike me. Now I'm playing evil alligned and I dont get that option. I only get "I cannot mention that name". Any idea why is it so. How can I get that option to swear that I am Talosian. my reputation is 6 but I got it down to 1 and still didnt get the option. Also I talked with Edwin (high int, high cha with the ring) and Viconia (high wisdom)... I also got to wear the necklace of Talos. None of this helped... any suggestions?
