Goodness gracious me, I would never dream of giving him a Holy Symbol.
It is a simply a Ring of Talos. Since Weimer made him a Cleric of Talos, it would make sense to give him the ring. However, it has no beneficial enchantments, it is merely symbolic and to let players know that hey, they just tangoed with a Cleric of Talos.
Of course, it begs the question on why an Underground Dwarf would worship a God of Storms... evil alignment aside.
