He has 18 WIS, so... 8/8/7/5/2/2/0 spell slots. Still deciding on what spells to use.
His original XP value was 20000, I have reduced it to 13000. Is this fair, too much, too little?
ADD] Current equipment list,
Helmet, Full Plate Mail, Medium Shield, Ring of Protection +2, Ring of Talos, Flail +1, Sling +2, 20 Bullets +2, 5 Potions of Extra Healing.
