Sorry Gangrell, i'm at a loss here. The only thing i can suggest (if you're quite sure you're evil and you've tried reloading) is using the console to move you to the slightly different area that loads for an evil character.
I'm not sure if it is a different map code, but it's only small so certainly possible. If you give me the code for the room as it is, i'll be happy to have a look for you. Probably tomorrow morning though cuz i'm off to bed in a sec. Need my beauty sleep
