No, Clerics all get the same quest as their stronghold one, but each from their respectable Gods in the Temple District. How you respond to each person in your quest vs your God (i.e if you are a cleric of talos you must say to kill people etc.) depends on whether you get it or not. A multiclassed or second-classed-dual-class cleric are always generic and so do not get a stronghold IIRC. If you have a pure class generic cleric, im not sure what happens, yet I presume you either carry on working for the neutral dude, or it goes by your alignment,
