I don't remember the Harpers coming along till after a while, try sleeping outside - that usually does the trick.

Are you still getting the romance dialogues every now and again (with the music etc), that's the easiest way to find out how the romance is progressing. These dialogues are all part of the romance, and you'll have to complete a certain number of them before the harpers pay you a visit.

To advance it to the next stage you need to bring the timer forward by typing something like this into the console:

CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("JaheiraRomance","GLOBAL",1)

I think that should do the trick, something will happen after a few seconds. Preferably do it outside, that's a condition for a few of her romance events. If still nothing happens then just do a search on the forums, there's a ton of jaheira romance threads and there's bound to be someone with a similar problem.

Also, the curse is unrelated to the romance i believe.

EDIT - fixed the quotation marks for the console commands that had somehow turned into question marks...very strange
