Very small spoilers...

I just did a fresh install, with TOB, TOB patch, Shadows over Soubar and its patch.

Jaheiras harper quest isnt starting. I already rescued Monty and did that bit but no harpers have come to talk to her yet

I think there might be some clash with the mod... though her romance has started as well (she's the only romance character I currently have in the party, I didnt keep Aerie after the Tent...left her in there). She hasn't been cursed yet

Is there a way to use the consol to start the Harpers section ?
