You can try playing a cleric of Waukeen. There's no cleric class that I know of, but this is a
roleplaying game, right?
Try making a cleric without a kit, then using SK to give the cleric some abilities. I think one with the Waukeenar would have high lore, high charisma, and item creation abilities. (Two of the ToB HLAs would do nicely here.)
