5. As far as i remember, to successful romance her you have to be pretty evil anyway - she's attracted to strong men who just take what they want. The best options in the romance are those which reflect cruelty and power IIRC
2. You can always download a patch (Happy patch? i forget) which removes romancing restrictions. Obviously not compatible if you're roleplaying properly though
