I would only speak up in cases where not knowing what's coming up could cause a LOT of aggravation, or cost you a significant amount of fun. Examples:
Tuna: "Let's give this skull his bones back and just see what happens."
Tuna: "Screw you, Saemon! We'll take this portal, to WHEREVER it leads, rather than deal with you again, you bastard!"
Tuna: "We've got lots of Healing Potions, so we won't need a Cleric or a Rod of Resurrection or anything. If we need anything special, I'm sure there'll be lots of Temples, no matter where we go."
You just warn him about the big things(that aren't obvious), and have him handle everything else. Oh, but give common-sense advice, too. ("Are you sure you want to attack that Dragon with only 2 Webs and an Identify memorized?")
