are you sure he didn't walk around? in all my games, he moves a lot. sometimes, he's even right outside the door, on the street. guess he's trying to see if one of the cats outside is interested in his wares.
but i've found him down in that wrestler's ring, near the check-in desk, and at the door to the "back rooms" and, of course, up near the front where he usually is. once he was there, but i was so lame, i forgot what he looked like and thot he was a patron.
