Thanks for the feedback Faceman, now that you mention it my fans are working overtime and it has been a little warm down here over the last few days ,I'll give it a go.
Would the beeping noise be coming from the graphics card,sound card or the motherboard?,or could it be anyone of these?.

As for the name ,no I'm not named Horst Wessel, it's not a joke or a political statement,it's just the name that I gave to my Fighter character in Baldurs Gate,it could easily have been Wolfgang or Beowulf or any other strong sounding name, I'm sorry if I've caused you any offence, coming from the country that you do I can understand your sensitivity,I had assumed that most people would be unaware of the name or it's conotations.
