I admit that spellcasters are not my favorite characters (sorry Dundee). Part of the problem deals with figuring out what spells do, given their explanation. Glitterdust is a perfect example. According to the description it can blind but also reveals/shows invisible characters. Now I've used this spell on 2 different occasions and have not seen it do anything.

With both Neb in the abandoned house and the rune assasin in the bottom floor of the tanner's (both in the Bridge District) they have "gone invisible" and casting glitterdust, not only doesn't blind them, it doesn't show them either. If I use true sight they are right where the glitterdust spell was enacted.
What am I missing or not understanding?
