if you have jan, and he has a few spike traps, plant 6 regular traps where the first form spawns...

then at the end of the walkway, leading up to his spawn point, plant about 6 spike traps, or many delay action fireballs...

initiate dialog, as soon as he turns hostile, the regular traps will kill his first form...then have a char with the ring of ram use it on the skull form...

you're going for a bank shot, like in pool..if the angle is correct, the ring will send him among the spike traps, instantly blotting him out...

much giggling on my part follows..
