Near Infinity can extract the graphics.
Now the trouble starts. The character animations are generaly rendered from 3D models using highly expensive software. Head over to the teambg forums to get more specifics, but its not easy even if you are already familiar with such software.
The paperdolls would be easier, except that they are not in a standard graphics format, nor one of the formats teambg have editors for. It might be worth asking around, I hacked a rough editor for them a while ago, I'm sure someone at teambg can do a better job. (My own sources were lost a long time ago and the program never worked very well anyway, otherwise I would let you have it)
