So if I understand you right you want tactics vs Mind Flayers...

I presume these are "standard" version...

Cast Chaotic Commands with your Cleric,equip Lilarcor and/or Ring Of Free Action,drink a Potion of Genius or two and you are ready to get the ball rolling.
