Baldurdash hosts fixPACKS (the first files on the pages, all the other ones below are included) and Tweaks/Cheats which you should install of you want a certain feature.
For starters I'd suggest the common ToB Fixpack and the Grandmastery Patch (Bonus Merchants are on your Bonus CD if you got the collectors edition)
if you really want an XP cap remover that extends beyond the 8Mio from ToB get it from
www.teambg.net along with the additional rules.
