thanks! I have no idea Melf's Minute Meteors can actually hurt Gaxx, though most of time Aerie was shouting "my weapon does nothing!" but from time to time, she got to take 1 or 2 hps out of Gaxx.
as for the sling, my current version of SoA/ToB only has Dierdre but not the additional merchant in the Copper Coronet...so I cannot get a hold of the sling.
so this time I just used one green scroll (otherwise my F/M just flied around, couldn't touch Gaxx at all), while my F/M tanking Gaxx, Aerie blasts MMM on it...again, knocked it into moral failure, now the time Jaheira joined in, hit it with Staff of Rynn. If I had found a third SI scroll, Imone can join the fight as well.

this is...I don't know, kinda tough...now (this is after Gaxx's 55000)Imone is 14 at Mage (only capable of one 7th lvl spell), Aerie is 13, and my F/M 14...I only have the Twisted Rune, Alhoon in the sewer, Cowler Wizards (I always kill them for spite when I return from the underdark), and Bohdi finale left to do; even I hold on to the last chance I can get back, I don't know whether casting lvl 10 spells is possible for us (may be able to get HLAs, but probably cannot cast them).
btw, for all the improved versions I have tried (never bother the smarter beholders since the standard version is tough enough for me), I can never survive the improved Bohdi and the FINAL BATTLE [img]graemlins/beheaded.gif[/img] it's like the standard version is indeed toooo easy, but the imporved version is just not for "lesser" gamers like myself [img]graemlins/headshake.gif[/img]
