Icelus is indeed spearheading Unfinished Business, I'm just there to provide some info and opinions.

Anomen's Quest is indeed a little bit fractured (never seeing Yussef again, the fact that you can only truly reach the Quest's conclusion if you're Romancing him and take the Good path), but it's nothing compared to, say, Haer'Dalis's missing "Bust of Sune" quest, or the fact that Suna Seni used to be a real person.
