Yes, i guess it is the experience difference causing a major piece of the trouble...

I still think she has an disadvantage to Jan since she canīt advance at all with her thief class (I THINK...), and her trap disarming skill is somewhat worse, leaving her at the risk of triggering the trap while disarming it. :/
And Jan can also use swords etc.
