I killed the dopplegangers in the Seven Suns, and got my reward from Scar. I then killed the ogre mage and all his carrion crawlers in the sewers, but when I came back to the Headquarters, he wasn't there. I searched everywhere. I killed the guys in the Iron Throne headquarters and was told by a flaming fist guy to talk to Scar. I cannot find him, but I don't want to leave without my award.
