Pretty nice...no powerful clerical spells to speak of though. I would personally say add a ranger/cleric. If you want to keep 5 members, the berserker and barbarian are pretty dang similar.
Just wait until you get a girdle of X giant strength on that halfling, with Sanchuu or CF +5...seeing a little midget backstab for some ungodly amount of damage is always good for kicks.
