I think it is: the Stair Puzzle Room of "bsftcs' W&W MAPS !!"

If that is where I think it is:
the Wooden Sticks have to be inserted to the right holes
they then cause ramps to open
eventually the various ramps will form 'bridges'
then you can exit the area to unknown new areas

If all else fails, take notes as to what each hole does. You can also do screen captures.
