Had a shocker, started new campaign and my laptop went pop!

Bottom line need a new laptop and don't know much about it.

Before i buy anyone familiar with computers etc plse tell me if the following processor would run ID2

Acer Aspire 5733 laptop with processor:
Intel Core i3-370M 2.4GHz,
3MB L3 cache
Intel HM55 Chipset

is it strong/good enough to run ID2 which has processor requiremnts of:

Recommended

Intel Pentium III 500 or AMD Duron or Athlon processor

Required

Intel Pentium II 350 MHz or AMD K6 - III 400 MHz
